Rambutan

Rambutan is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia and is closely related to longan and lychee. Once you peel away its distinctive red (sometimes red-and-green) skin covered in soft, hair-like spines, you’ll find sweet, creamy white flesh with a single seed in the center.
